iPhone 3GS (3rd generation) Summary

The iPhone 3GS came, in comparison to the 3G, with a much faster processor and a new camera. Therefor the “S” in the name stand for “speed”. The Cortex – A8 processor was clocked to 600 MHz and the iPhone got twice as much memory as the previous model. This increased the performance of the iPhone 3GS tremendously. The new camera, equipped with 3 megapixel, could finally record videos and got features like the auto focus and a white balance. The previously hard missing function of the MMS dispatch was now also supplied with the 3GS.
